We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union and United Kingdom – 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of withdrawal & withdrawal form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item of goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (unpaid).
3) Please note that points 1–2 above are not a precondition for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
